Typically, they have a green skin, a reptilian head (with reptilian yellow eyes) and are much taller than man. In many stories, reptilian humanoids are extra-terrestrial creatures that visit earth using UFO's. Sometimes, they are also endowed with shape-shifting abilities. These abilities make it possible for them to live among humans without being detected.
