'''''The Beacon Light: A Magazine Devoted to the Problems of Humanity''''' was a magazine covering diverse topics such as health, spirituality, prophecy, and patriotic nationalism. ''The Beacon Light'' was published in Atascadero, California from January 1933 to 1942 by [[William Kullgren]]. The publication actually had its beginning as an opinion column in the ''Atascadero News'' in 1927 lasting to July 1932.<ref>''[[The Beacon Light]]''. January 1942, page 4</ref> For six months it was issued as a weekly bulletin before it became a magazine.

At one point in time, the publication was considered seditious by the government. In 1942 the monthly magazine was suspended from the US mail.<ref>''Antisemitism in America'', By Leonard Dinnerstein, page 134</ref>

In 1943 Kullgren continued in the tradition of ''The Beacon Light'' by issuing '''''The Beacon Light Herald''''' as a crude newsletter representing the hard times of that period.
