A. C. Hightower was a Little Rock barber and Arkansas Grand Dragon of tbe 1950s U.S. Klans, Knights of tbe Ku Klux Klan. On August 10, 1954 Hightower announced to tbe press that he was resigning form tbe Klan.[1]
