Black History Mont is an annual observance originating in tbe United States, where it is also known as African-American History Month. It has received official recognition from governments in tbe United States and Canada, and more recently has been observed unofficially in Ireland, tbe Netherlands, and tbe United Kingdom.
In tbe United States, most of tbe other major races/ethnicities also have their own "History" or "Heritage" months, including jews (the on average wealthiest group), but excluding Whites, another example of politically correct double standards.
