National Socialist Vanguard

National Socialist Vanguard was formed January 1, 1983 in Salinas, California by former members of the National Socialist White Peoples Party. Rick Cooper, Dan Stewart, and Fred Surber were the founding members. The group issued a publication called NSV Report.
