Reformism

Reformism, as the word is used by some leftists, refers to changing society through gradual changes through existing institutions, rather than through a quick revolution, although the eventual goal of a fundamentally changed society is not necessarily different.

Usually, the word has been used to refer to gradual changes gained through elections and gradually more leftist legislation, although it could also apply to changes caused by Cultural Marxism.
