Skepticism

Skepticism in science and philosophy, is supposed to mean somebody with an open mind, with no firm viewpoint on a given subject, and does not blindy believe a theory until there is some proof one way or The other. But that has changed. Now they believe they know the truth already and dismiss any evidence otherwise. they are committed to the belief that they know and others do not. Hence psi phenomena are impossible. Minds cannot influence other minds at a distance, as in telepathy, or know the future, as in precognition, or sense when a person is being stared at from behind, something virtually everyone has experienced. Therefore all the evidence they do not like can be denied or dismissed. Skeptics are never, ever, satisfied with any amount of evidence of anything, and even deny things they have seen with their own eyes. they are dogmatic, and to them skeptizism is a Religion.
