The 11th Hour Remnant Messenger was once a pro white Christian identity group that was first found in Sandpoint, Idaho by wealthy retired entrepreneurs known to be Vincent Bertollini and Carl E. Story. They were located near Aryan Nations and cooperated with their members. Bertollini and Story chose Sandpoint because about 98% of the area's residents were white.
