Fascisticis a crossover word. Crossover words are a Marxist technique. they make up a word with similar sound and meaning, often even a synonym of the target word (as in this case). This allows the Marxist wordsmiths to give it any definition they like. (Here they have it meaning "like a fascist" the assumption being that fascists are total assholes) they do this when redefining a word in the dictionary isn't getting traction.
Just say "Fascist", and show people an older dictionary.
