Wrapping code in nowiki tags deactivates the code. For example, placing four tildes inside nowiki tags looks like this: ~~~~ but when placed at the end of a comment without the nowiki tags, it sends you an alert, and signs the comment

I am awarding you Gold Cake for your Trump article. I don't know if you are finished or not, but it's good. Did you lift it? I couldn't tell. If you did, I couldn't find from where. You seem to have scrubbed it well too. Very nice. I did not read the whole thing, I'll do that later. Oh, one thing. Everything on Fascipedia is written from a fascist point of view, so I like to see some fascism-related content in the lede. Maybe a mention about how the press kept comparing him to Mussolini or some-such, personally never thought of him as a fascist, but I'll leave it up to you. Phenominal work! I mainly used the Brittanica as my source, was the least biased towards leftist BS I could find. I'm New with all of this, and am always open to help and suggestions. Its a necessary skill for *ANY* fascionary!

Fortunatly, its real simple! Here are the basics, in bullet-point form:

• A talk page is just like an article page. Anything you can do in an article, you can do on a talk page, but a talk page had more features.
• You place headings, text, and images on a talk page in exactly the same way as in any article.
• sign you name with four tildes "~~~~", the software will automagically do the rest, sign the name, timestamp it, and queue the proper alerts.
• Next to your name at the top you will find your notification and alert icons. Tap'em when you're ready to read them.
• Tag (link) people into your conversation by using a link, like this [[User:Exampleman]], and that person will get a notification directing them to the conversation.
• Start a new topic by using the "New topic" tab as the top.
