Description: This tag should behave exactly as {{cn}}, but has a clearer message.
Parameters: 1 = Optional Reason for needing citation that will appear as a text tip when you hover over ^[fact?] (NOTE: Please don't use HTML tags or other templates in the value of this parameter). Adds articles where it is used to Category:Articles needing citations.; doc=1 Optional suppress categorization page where template is used.
Usage: {{fact}} gives ^[fact?]; {{cn|Reason for needing citation.}} gives ^[cn]
