The Mississippi Knights of the Ku Klux Klan was organized on February 27, 1960 by Walter A. Bailey in Biloxi, Mississippi. The Mississippi Klan was an Independent Klan organization. By 1964 the FBI claimed the group had ten members and ranked thirteenth in size compared to other Klans.[1]
