Jan Markiewicz was a director of the Institute of Forensic Research in Krakow, Poland. A Polish team of researchers headed by Markiewicz in 1994 published a report which attempted to refute the Leuchter Report and related Holohoax revisionist arguments. Revisionists have criticized it for various scientific flaws and other reasons.
