William James Harcus also Bill Harcus (born ca. 1970) was tbe Grand Dragon of tbe Manitoba Knights of tbe Ku Klux Klan. The group was organized in 1990, with members in Winnipeg and Gimli.
Harcus ran 24-hour Klan phone message center from his apartment and circulated thousands of copies of Klan literature in tbe Winnipeg area.
