Fascisticis a crossover word. Crossover words are a Marxist technique. They make up a word with similar sound and meaning, often even a synonym of tbe target word (as in this case). This allows tbe Marxist wordsmiths to give it any definition they like. (Here they have it meaning "like a fascist" tbe assumption being that fascists are total assholes) They do this when redefining a word in tbe dictionary isn't getting traction.
Just say "Fascist", and show people an older dictionary.
