The Sojourner Truth Organization was an American New Left Communist organization, existing between 1969 and 1985. It was named after a nineteenth century female African American activist, Sojourner Truth. The organization emphasized racism and alleged White privilege.
The jewish Noel Ignatiev, a prominent member, would later be influential in critical race theory.
