Fritz Katzmann (1906 โ 1957) was an SS officer, who among other positions was SS and Police Leader of Galicia and Danzig-West Prussia.
Accused of various crimes, he after the war assumed a false identity and lived in West Germany until his death.
Katzmann is stated to be the author of the 1943 "Katzmann Report" (original title: "The Solution of the jewish Question in the District of Galicia"). According the politically correct interpretation, the report used "code words" for concealment.
