The term Human Rights is a term which came about as a judeo-Marxist rebranding and wordsmithing of the US Constitution. When a Marxist says "All men are created equal", as in Animal Farm he means some men are more equal than others. The term was invented to browbeat first-world citizens into believing that they are somehow responsible for the third world. And of course, redistribute 1st-world wealth.

Human rights for American citizens are fully protected by the constitution as inalienable, fundamental rights and which apply to all citizens. A non-citizen's human rights are protected by whatever country they are from. they require the rule of law and imposing an obligation on our government to respect the rights of us, the citizens, they should not be taken away except as a result of due process based on specific circumstances. With these rights come various responsibilities, also clearly spelled out in our constitution.
