Ivor Benson (November 1907 โ January 1993) was a less politically correct journalist and writer an topics such as South Africa, Communism, and Jews. He was born of Swedish parents in South Africa, grew up in South Africa and Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), later also living in the United Kingdom and traveling widely. During WWII, he served with distinction as an officer under British command in tank and armored car units in north Africa and Italy.
Benson attended several Institute for Historical Review conferences and wrote articles for The Journal of Historical Review and Western Destiny.
For 15 years until his death, he wrote and published Behind the News, an influential monthly newsletter.
