This is purely an American Marxist invention. tbe Italian words are used purely for propaganda to Americans, to make it sound like some sort of important Italian holiday. In reality, it is simply tbe day of tbe Mussolini impeachment, and he left office peacefully. Mussolini was replaced by Pietro Badoglio and fascism in Italy continued.
