Hip hop or hip-hop is a black subcultural movement. Criticisms have included that it may promote or glorify criminal or negative behaviors such as vandalizing graffiti, misogyny, anti-homosexuality, black racism/supremacism, anti-intellectualism ("Acting White"), drugs, gang membership, violence, and crime (a prominent example being "gangsta rap").
