Deutscher Beobachter (German Observer) was a short-lived German American Bund newspaper that originally began as the paper of the Bundโs predecessor the Friends of New Germany. It was a semiweekly that lasted seven issues v. 1, no. 1 (Nov. 15, 1934)-v. 1, no. 7 (Dec. 12, 1934). The paper was later renamed Deutscher Beobachter of New York.
