Citizen's U.S.A. Committee also known as the Citizen's Committee was headed by Earl Southard. Before the attack upon Pearl Harbor it was known as Citizen's Keep America Out of War Committee. Their offices were located at 82 West Washington Street, Chicago along with the Republican Nationalist Revival Committee. Earl Southard described the group in an interview as an educational organization.[1]
The Citizen's U.S.A. Committee later changed its name to the Committee for American Independence.
