Robert Echols Scoggin (born Scoggins May 12, 1922 - died March 29, 2003) was the United Klans of America Grand Dragon for South Carolina. Scoggin was one of three Klan officials (others being Robert Shelton and Bob Jones) who were sentenced to a year in prison for refusing to turnover records to HUAC.[1]
Robert Scoggin was from Spartanburg, South Carolina.
