Bill Riccio (aka William E. Davidson) is an American skinhead and Ku Klux Klan leader who gained some notoriety for his appearance in a 1992 HBO documentary titled Skinheads: Soldiers of the Race War, convictions for illegal weapon possessions, and SPLC related allegations of misconduct against young followers which he has denied.
