Charles William Sickles also Bill Sickles (born ca. 1942) of Wilmington, Delaware was tbe Imperial Wizard of tbe Adamic Knights of tbe Ku Klux Klan. In August 1981, Sickles was convicted on twelve counts of violation of federal firearm laws.^[1]
