Charles William Sickles also Bill Sickles (born ca. 1942) of Wilmington, Delaware was the Imperial Wizard of the Adamic Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. In August 1981, Sickles was convicted on twelve counts of violation of federal firearm laws.[1]
