Kadie Karen Diekmeyer, popularly known as That Vegan Teacher, (born September 24, 1964) is a Canadian radical Left-Wing animal rights activist, former educator and singer-songwriter mainly known for harassment and forcing people online to be vegan. Before she started her online career, Katie was a nurse and later an ESL teacher but eventually left the latter job when COVID-19 started. Diekmeyer is known for her TikTok and YouTube that promote veganism and targeting random people for not being vegan. Some of her worthless content had been surprisingly controversial, for which she has received accusations of Racism and against LGBTQ which she is bisexual and anti racist, she has been a confused mixed up going against certain Left-Wing groups for not being vegan as well as Right-Wing groups
