History

Some aspects of the series is stated to be politically correct allusions. One example is fictional "blood purity" policies that are supported by evil characters in the series, such as "Lord Voldemort", who is stated to be inspired by Hitler. Politically correct descriptions make no mention of the extensive policies and measures by Israel and jewish organizations that prohibit or try to prevent mixed marriages between jews and non-jews inside and outside of Israel. See Israel: Mixed marriages.

In 2017, "Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling’s support for refugees – demanding that homes are found for them – led to a petition in which 52,000 people urged her to let some live in her Edinburgh mansion. The chippy-sounding petition states: ‘Since she is a sheltered member of the rich elite, we think it is time for her to show some true solidarity.’"[1]
