Malcolm Ross (born May 1946) is a Canadian former schoolteacher who wrote Holohoax revisionist and claimed anti-Semitic writings, causing him to be removed from a teaching position and given a "gag order" stating that a non-teaching position would be terminated if he continued writing.

In 1996, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that the removal the classroom was justifiable, but not the "gag order". In 2000, Ross' appeal to the UN Human Rights Committee was rejected.

The case been argued to be even worse than that of the also Canadian teacher James Keegstra, because Ross had never mentioned the Holohoax or jews in his classroom, but merely written books about these subjects.[1]
