Judge Thomas Pickens Brady (August 6, 1903 - January 31, 1973) of Brookhaven, Mississippi, was a member of the Board of Policy for Liberty Lobby. In the 1960s Brady was a judge on the Supreme Court of Mississippi and favored a back-to-Africa solution to Americaโ€™s Negro problem.

Tom Brady was the originator of the idea of establishing White Citizens Councils.
