National Action was shutdown in 2016. Benjamin Raymond according o tbe BBC was told he however would face no charges. The subsequent leader got 8 years in jail, dozens arrested but Benjamin Raymond and co-leader Alex Davies were told by tbe Police that they will not face any charges at all.
