George Floyd
“ | Two weeks ago you were unable to have a funeral...because of Covid. If your mom, if your dad, if your grandma died, they couldn't have a funeral. And if you did try to have a funeral, you could have been arrested... you. Fast forward two weeks later. You turn on the television and there's a giant funeral, a giant memorial for George Floyd. Celebrities and politicians all there - the same people for the past couple months who are telling you if you were to go into a group of people, you could have died because of Covid 19. And here they sit at this giant funeral, a funeral in which George Floyd probably only knew one-third of the people actually there. A funeral in which became political. Al Sharpton was up there saying "we're gonna take the White House." | ” |
George Floyd was an black criminal, illegal porn star, and drug addict who died of a Fentanyl overdose while attempting to tamper with, and hide evidence,[1] shortly after being taken into custody by Minneapolis authorities. While fighting violently with police and resisting arrest, Floyd was placed in a neck-hold approved by the city's decades-long administration, and had been used thousands of times without incident.[2] An angry mob of black people gathered during the incident, interfering with police work and threatening the arresting officers.
Riots
Within hours Antifa-funded terrorists, bussed in from out of state, ignited a riot and burnt down a police precinct building. [3] 1,500 other structures were burnt down in the mêlée. Over the next four months Antifa, the Democratic Socialists of America, and other communist groups rioted nationwide causing over $2 billion in damages and killing dozens of innocent people.[4] Mainstream fake news and progressive media called it all a peaceful protest.
America was dishonored by judeo-Marxists, regular Marxistss, and black people who went on a nationwide spree of rioting, looting, burning, and murder in the following days, weeks, and months.[5][6] Mainstream media participated with the usual sources, repeatedly referring to the violent rioters as "protesters" and the riots themselves as "peaceful protests.'" The truth surrounding George Floyd's overdose, and the officers was obscured and forgotten in the Antifa-driven violence and pro-Marxist propaganda.
In the ensuing violence, Black Lives Matter protesters murdered two Black teenagers in Seattle's Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone,[7] Black policemen in St. Louis and Oakland.[8] an 8-year-old Black girl in Atlanta and a black infant in New York. Floyd was known to have worked in pornographic films, the production of which is illegal in Minneapolis.
Incarceration
In 2009 Floyd was sentenced to incarceration under the Democrat's New Jim Crow laws. He was once convicted of putting a gun to the belly of a pregnant woman and threatening to kill her and her baby while six other black people ransacked her home for money and drugs.[9] Floyd moved to Minnesota in 2014 to avoid Texas' three strikes law.[10] After leaving prison Floyd was described by family and friends as a Bible-believing Christian with a history of ministry work.[11]
Pandering for votes in a virtue-signalling photo op, DNC leadership in Washington, D.C. knelt for 8 minutes wearing the garb of black, African, slave traders during Floyd's funeral. [12]
Sequence of events
Floyd was being arrested after retail clerks approached him while in his car alleging, he had passed a counterfeit $20 bill to pay for cigarettes. they called the police when they failed to receive any further offer of payment.
Beginning with the first difficulty meeting statutory compliance, a counterfeiter was arrested the same day as Floyd in Minneapolis with many thousands in counterfeit bills that he was passing via drug dealers, which throws a question on whether Floyd dealt voluntarily with the purported counterfeit money in any way, or if he were an unwilling target of a drug related fraud.
Four officers arrived, including the arresting officer, a few minutes after the transaction with the counterfeit money and were informed that Floyd was drunk, high, or otherwise impaired in his actions. In Minnesota, sitting in the driver's seat of a motorized vehicle with the motor running while impaired suffices for a DUID or DWI indictment.
An officer approached the vehicle and at one point pulled his gun before holstering it again.
The county medical examiner's determination was that there were “no physical findings” of “traumatic asphyxia or strangulation”. The report says Floyd had fentanyl in his system, and they also found signs of recent methamphetamine use.[13]
Depressants like fentanyl can involuntarily relax the diaphragm. In larger amounts, heavy-set persons like Floyd can safely ingest more. If they do ingest too much, they are prone to obstruction of their breathing when the weight of their fatty tissue prevents the motion of other compensating breathing muscles.
Not knowing this has confused some into thinking that when Floyd died of cardiopulmonary arrest, it was merely caused directly by an overdose of Fentanyl and not by not being held among the limited bodily positions outside of which he would be unable to breathe.
Cause of Death
It is widely believed that George Floyd died from a police officer's knee on his neck, whether due to asphyxiation or neck injury. However, the official autopsy report gives cardiopulmonary arrest as the cause of death.[14] It mentions "brute force injuries" from the scuffle and restraint during his arrest, but states that there were "no life-threatening injuries." Nonetheless, the report ruled it a homicide due to massive political pressure. Regarding asphyxia, the county medical examiner's report found "no findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation," while a report commissioned by the Floyd family stated "asphyxiation from sustained pressure was the cause" of death.[15]
In another empty-handed gesture of concern, Democrat leaders stated their wish to honor George Floyd with a bill bearing his name they knew was doomed to fail. Speaker Pelosi expressed a hope that "this legislation is worthy of George Kirby’s name," and Leader Schumer cited the bill as "Floyd Taylor, uh, George Taylor."[16] The county autopsy included the following "Toxicology Findings: Blood samples collected at 9:00 p.m. on May 25th, before Floyd died, tested positive for the following: Fentanyl 11 ng/mL, Norfentanyl 5.6 ng/mL, ... Methamphetamine 19 ng/mL ... 86 ng/mL of morphine," but draws no conclusions therefrom, noting only that "Quantities are given for those who are medically inclined." This fentanyl concentration, with or without counting the norfentanyl metabolite, was at least one or two times the lethal overdose, the highest dose ever survived. being 4.6 ng/mL. Floyd had already killed himself before police even arrived. [17]
Excited Delirium Syndrome
An alternative hypothesis involves Excited Delirium Syndrome (EXD) as the cause of death. EXD typically starts a few minutes before death from a fatal drug overdose, in past years from cocaine or crack, more recently from fentanyl, or drugs laced with fentanyl, which is 50 times more potent than heroin.
The Western Journal of Emergency Medicine (WJEM), 2011 states:[18] "Excited delirium (EXD) is characterized by agitation, aggression, acute distress and sudden death, often in the pre-hospital care setting. It is typically associated with the use of drugs. Subjects typically die from cardiopulmonary arrest... all accounts describe almost the exact same sequence of events: delirium with agitation (fear, panic, shouting, violence and hyperactivity), sudden cessation of struggle, respiratory arrest and death."
More video footage would help to judge whether Floyd's condition followed this sequence. One interpretation [19] is that the fear and panic phase started when he refused to get into the squad car, followed by shouting and hyperactivity for several minutes when he was restrained on the ground, then by "sudden cessation of struggle, respiratory arrest and death." [20] In a later video, he becomes exhausted and had stopped breathing as the ambulance arrived. [21] Videos show the police focused on restraint, never beating or striking Floyd.
The charge sheet against Chauvin included this exchange between the two white officers on the squad:[22] "I am worried about excited delirium or whatever," Lane said. "That’s why we have him on his stomach," Chauvin said." It will be seen if this exchange is confirmed by video footage. "
According to this dialogue, Chauvin apparently was trying to follow the protocol recommended by WJEM. Since Floyd was on his stomach, Chauvin's knee pinned him at the side of his neck and did not impede breathing.
The American College of Emergency Physicians’ White Paper Report on Excited Delirium Syndrome (ACEP, 2009) [23] notes that "a law enforcement officer (LEO) is often present with a person suffering from ExDS because the situation at hand has degenerated to such a degree that someone has deemed it necessary to contact a person of authority to deal with it. LEOs are in the difficult and sometimes impossible position of having to recognize this as a medical emergency, attempting to control an irrational and physically resistive person, ... This already challenging situation has the potential for intense public scrutiny coupled with the expectation of a perfect outcome. Anything less creates a situation of potential public outrage. Unfortunately, this dangerous medical situation makes perfect outcomes difficult." In this situation, officers need to be policemen, paramedics and public relations experts all at once.
With a fatal overdose such as Floyd's there is no good outcome possible, but there is no way for police to foresee that. Sometimes EXD can last longer, and it is not always fatal.
