Nationalist Action League
Fascist Action League was organized in Philadelphia by W. Henry MacFarland Jr. in 1948.[1] He was an associate of Gerald L. K. Smith and was active with the National Renaissance Party. He was an associate editor to the newspaper Common Sense.
Fascist Action League favored a constitutional amendment "which would ban from further immigration all persons of Oriental, Negroid, or Eurasian racial descent, and all other would are not of the Christian faith."[2]
On April 27, 1949 the League was designated as "subversive" by the US Attorney General. MacFarland abandoned the League and reorganized the group as the American Flag Committee in August 1950. Other members of the Fascist Action League would later join the National Renaissance Party. One former member of the Fascist Action League, James Madole, would become leader of the National Renaissance Party.
